Field Level Security (FLS) is a powerful security control of Microsoft Dynamic NAV. Although you are non-technical users, you also can control who can edit and visible the field in Microsoft Dynamic NAV.
FLS provides an easy setup screen to you, you can setup by Role ID or User ID to indicate the editable or visible properties of each field of each table.
